In my practice I like to challenge existing dichotomies --between "hand-made" and "artificial", "analogue" and "digital". This entails navigating the intriguing duality of engaging with VR technologies on one hand and embracing hand printing techniques like screen printing on the other. Layering 3d scans with my own drawings I create intricate screenprints, allowing layers of ink to built up.  Some of the prints have up to twelve layers of ink built up, with the transparent layers allowing to show what is underneath.
